Requirements: 3 Residents, Religious construct, individual housing, communal mine, and farm

Requirements: 6 Residents, Hamlet Buildings, Blacksmith, Assembly hall, Dock/stables

  2. Dynmap Marker

Mode of transportation(warp): Cart/Boat - Can be linked to another settlement in 2000 block radius

Requirements: 9 Residents, Village Buildings (Assembly hall upgraded to town hall), 2 Specialized Constructs (Blacksmith + 1), wall

Perks:

  1. Town owner gets a special rank - Mayor
  2. Dynmap Marker

Mode of transportation(warp): Cart/Boat/Airship - Can be linked to another settlement in 3000 block radius (4000 for airships)

Requirements: 15 Residents, Town Buildings (town hall upgraded to City hall), 4 Specialized Constructs (Blacksmith + Guard Quarters + 2 more) Docks/Stables upgraded to Port/Tavern

Perks:

  1. City owner gets a special Rank - Lord Mayor
  2. Dynmap Marker (any kind)
  3. 2 Supply Runs Per Week
  4. NPC Quest Giver

Requirements: 15 Residents in the main city, at least 1 town or 2 villages under the city’s SOI (and within a travel distance of 4000 blocks) Baron Residency

Perks:

  1. Town owner gets a special Rank - Baron
  2. Dynmap Marker (any kind)
  3. 2 Supply Runs Per Week + Additional supply run to a town/village under the SOI
  4. 2 NPC quest Givers

Requirements: 15 Residents in the main city, at least 2 towns or 4 villages under the city’s SOI (and within a travel distance of 4000 blocks), Lords Residency

  2. Dynmap Marker (any kind)
  3. 3 Supply Runs Per Week + 2 Additional supply run to a town/village under the SOI
  4. 3 NPC quest Givers

Starting in stage 3, a settlement may request a supply run from the capital of any construction material/food with the only limit being the size of the shipment - 5 Double Chests per shipment.

The Success of shipment delivery shall be determined by a d20:

20-19: Full Delivery + A Gift from the Royal family
18-11: Full Delivery
10-5: Damaged Delivery
5-1: Delivery lost to bandits/pirates

If the dice roll is 10 or below, the settlement leader may have the choice to send a soldier detachment in an attempt to retrieve the goods.
